In this study, we prospectively evaluated IUS for treatment response in a longitudinal cohort by using endoscopy and histology as gold standards. Methods: Consecutive patients with moderate to severe UC (endoscopic Mayo score [EMS] ≥2) starting tofacitinib treatment were included.
