8 de may. de 2024 · Francis Seymour-Conway, first marquess of Hertford (1718-1794) and older brother of Henry Seymour Conway, was a courtier and politician. He became a lord of the bedchamber in 1757 and was sworn to the privy council in 1763.
Hace 2 días · After her death in 1748 it was probably sold, Sir John Mordaunt appearing as lord in 1779 and Francis Seymour Conway, Marquess of Hertford, between 1787 and 1824, after which date it has not been traced.
24 de abr. de 2024 · Depicts a fox (Charles James Fox) hanging from a gibbet around which dance members of the Conway family, headed by a blindfolded General Conway who is led by the nose by Shelburne. The Conways are all depicted as rats, with the exception of General Conway and his brother Lord Hertford.

In the nave is a brass candelabrum with two tiers of arms inscribed 'Ye gift of ye R t Rev d Father in God D r John Hough L d Bp. of Worcester, 1733'.
