Franz Xaver Schwarz (Günzburg, 27 de noviembre de 1875 - Ratisbona, 2 de diciembre de 1947) fue un político alemán que ejerció como Reichsschatzmeister (Tesorero Nacional) del Partido Nacionalsocialista Obrero Alemán durante la mayor parte de su existencia.
Franz Xaver Schwarz (27 November 1875 – 2 December 1947) was a high ranking German Nazi Party official who served as Reichsschatzmeister (National Treasurer) of the Party throughout most of its existence. He was also one of the highest ranking members of the Schutzstaffel (SS).

SS-Oberst-Gruppenführer Franz Schwarz was a German politician in the NSDAP and served as the Reichsschatzmeister (National Treasurer). Schwarz led a Volkssturm battalion at the end of the war and was arrested by U.S. forces. Schwarz died in prison and was postumously found guilty for committing war crimes.
