El Barón Franz Xaver von Pillersdorf (1 de marzo de 1786 - 22 de febrero de 1862) fue un hombre de estado austriaco. Biografía. Nacido en Brno como el hijo de un juez, Pillersdorf después de una educación en derecho en Viena en 1805 inició su carrera de servicio público en Galicia.

Baron Franz Xaver von Pillersdorf (1 March 1786 – 22 February 1862) was an Austrian statesman. Life and career. Born in Brno as the son of a judge, Truchsess Franz Xaver II Freiherr von Pillersdorf (1757–1806) and his wife, Johanna Majthényi de Kesselökö (d. 1805).

Franz Xaver von Pillersdorf ( alemán: Franz Xaver Freiherr von Pillersdorf, 1 de marzo de 1786 - 22 de febrero de 1862) fue un estadista austriaco que actuó como ministro-presidente del Imperio austríaco en 1848.

The Pillersdorf Constitution of April 1848, named after the Minister of the Interior, Baron Franz von Pillersdorf, proposed a bicameral system. Imperial Diet, and later Imperial Council, were the names by which the parliament of the Austrian part of the Empire was known until 1918.
