Frederick Hamilton-Temple-Blackwood, né le 21 juin 1826 à Florence et mort le 12 février 1902 à Bangor, 1 er comte de Dufferin puis 1 er marquis de Dufferin et Ava, est un homme d'État. Il est le 3 e gouverneur général du Canada de 1872 à 1878 et vice-roi des Indes de 1884 à 1888 [ 1 ] .
