17 de abr. de 2024 · Gábor Bethlen was a Calvinist prince of Transylvania and briefly titular king of Hungary (August 1620 to December 1621), in opposition to the Catholic emperor Ferdinand II. Born into a leading Protestant family of northern Hungary, Bethlen as a young man was sent to the court of Prince Sigismund.

It is actually the most common year and coin issued by Gabriel Bethlen (there are around 200 variants, if not more). The issue with providing an exact reference is that the crown on the obverse is completely battered.
