Gebhard Truchseß von Waldburg-Trauchburg (* 10. November 1547 in Heiligenberg; † 31. Mai 1601 in Straßburg) war als Gebhard I. Kurfürst und Erzbischof von Köln und Herzog von Westfalen (1577–1583). Er trat zum Protestantismus über, heiratete und wollte das Erzstift säkularisieren.
