On October 12, 2009, Lady Sarah Rose gave birth to twin sons, Alexander and Oliver Cholmondeley, at Queen Charlotte's Hospital in London. Their eldest son, Alexander Hugh George, is naturally the Marquessate heir and thus holds the courtesy title "Earl of Rocksavage."

They were scrutinized again a few years later when their daughter, Lady Iris, was born in 2016.
