George (Douglas) Douglas Master of Angus is Notable. George was the son and heir of Archibald Douglas, 5th Earld of Angus, born in 1469. [1] [2] Margaret, m. James Douglas, 7th Lord of Drumlanrig [3] He was one of two hundred kinsmen killed at the Battle of Flodden Field [2] [4] and died before he could succeed to the Earldom.
