Gerald David Lascelles was the younger son of Henry Lascelles, 6th Earl of Harewood, and his wife, Mary, Princess Royal, the only daughter of King George V and Queen Mary. He was a first cousin of Queen Elizabeth II. He was married at St. Margaret's, Westminster on July 15, 1952 to Angela Dowding, with whom he had issue one son.
Gerald Lascelles. Gerald David Lascelles (21 August 1924 – 27 February 1998) was the younger son of the 6th Earl of Harewood and Princess Mary, The Princess Royal, the only daughter of King George V of the United Kingdom and Queen Mary. He was the first cousin of Queen Elizabeth II. He was styled The Honourable Gerald Lascelles.
