Juan Gastón de Médici (en italiano: Gian Gastone de' Medici; Florencia, 24 de mayo de 1671- ibidem, 9 de julio de 1737) fue el séptimo y último gran duque de Toscana perteneciente a la familia Médici, entre 1723 y 1737.
Gian Gastone de' Medici (born Giovanni Battista Gastone; 24 May 1671 – 9 July 1737) was the seventh and last Medicean grand duke of Tuscany. He was the second son of Grand Duke Cosimo III and Marguerite Louise d'Orléans.
