Grudge Match tells the story of two boxers Henry " Razor " Sharpe ( Sylvester Stallone ) and Billy "The Kid" McDonagh (Robert De Niro ) Won each other for one match . 30 years later, they met at a crucial Grudge Match . The film proved to be a comedy in the genre with great jokes and great acting.
It's decently made, at least, and De Niro isn't sleepwalking through it like he sometimes does in movies he knows are bad. Not offensively terrible, but it doesn't come together the way it probably should have. A pair of aging boxing rivals are coaxed out of retirement to fight one final bout -- 30 years after their last match.
