As ENO’s Director of Strategy and Engagement, she spearheaded the company’s learning and participation program, ENO Engage, and played a key role in organizational strategy, policy, and partnership development.

Maria O’Dea has been playing bassoon since age eleven, where she initially studied with John Hearne at TUDublin Conservatoire.
