13 de sept. de 2016 · The Swedish Royal Court has announced that Countess Gunnilla Bernadotte af Wisborg, aunt of both King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden and Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, has passed away at the age of 93. “The Countess was a very much appreciated, close and faithful friend of our family and leaves us in great loss,” a statement from the King said.

The marriage made her the aunt of King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden , Queen Margrethe II of Denmark , and Queen Anne-Marie of Greece , and the coupe were present at many royal events until his passing in 2012.
