Harriet Cholmondeley (c.1790 – 11 July 1815), sometimes called "Lady" or "The Hon" Harriet Cholmondeley, was the first wife of John Lambton, 1st Earl of Durham.

Lady Harriet Cholmondeley was born illegitimately. She was the daughter of George James Cholmondeley, 1st Marquess of Cholmondeley, and unknown St. Albans. She married John George Lambton, 1st Earl of Durham, the eldest son of William Henry Lambton and Lady Anne Barbara Frances Villiers, on January 1, 1812. She died on July 11, 1815.
