Heinrich XI, Prince Reuss of Greiz (German: Heinrich XI Fürst Reuß zu Greiz; 18 March 1722 – 28 June 1800) was the first Prince Reuss of Greiz from 1778 to 1800.
Enrique XI, príncipe de Reuss-Greiz (en alemán: Heinrich XI Fürst Reuß zu Greiz; 18 de marzo de 1722 - 28 de junio de 1800), [1] [2] fue el primer príncipe de Reuss-Greiz desde 1778 hasta 1800.
Diputado de la Cámara de los Señores de Prusia, fue uno de los fundadores del Partido Liberal Nacional Alemán y fue gestor de una importante red industrial y empresarial que dirigía, lo que le convertía en el segundo hombre más rico de Alemania por detrás de Friedrich Krupp.
Hans Heinrich XI introdujo un sistema de pensiones en 1879, antes de la legislación social de Bismarck, así como viviendas de empresa y otras medidas sociales. Pero el descontento obrero bajo el gobierno de su hijo alcanzó un punto de pública petición al Reichstag Imperial.
