Helena Dragaš (en serbio: Јелена Драгаш, Jelena Dragaš, griego: Ἑλένη Δραγάση, Elenē Dragasē; aprox. 1372-23 de marzo de 1450) fue la emperatriz consorte del emperador bizantino Manuel II Paleólogo. Es venerada como una santa por la Iglesia ortodoxa griega, bajo el nombre de santa Hipomona (Ὑπομονὴ).

Helena Dragas o Jelena Dragas o Elena Dragas (en serbio: Јелена Драгаш, en griego: Ἑλένη Δραγάση, 1372-13 de marzo de 1450) fue una princesa serbia, esposa del emperador bizantino Manuel II Palaiologos (en griego: Μανουήλ Β΄ Παλαιολόγος).
Helena Dragaš was the empress consort of Byzantine emperor Manuel II Palaiologos and mother of the last two emperors, John VIII Palaiologos and Constantine XI Palaiologos. She served as regent after the death of her son John VIII in 1448 until 1449. Member of the Dejanović noble family.
