Henrietta FitzJames ( 1667 - 3 de abril de 1730 ), Señora viuda de Waldegrave y Condesa Titular de Newcastle, fue una hija ilegítima de Jacobo Stuardo, Duque de York, después de Jacobo II, rey de Gran Bretaña y de su amante, Arabella Churchill, hermana del gran duque de Marlborough.
Era la hermana mayor del célebre James FitzJames, primer duque de Berwick. Se crió como católica romana y se casó con un miembro de una familia de la misma religión. El 29 de noviembre de 1683 se casó con Henry Waldegrave, primer barón Waldegrave , y con él tuvo dos hijos:

Unlike her legitimate half-siblings Henrietta was raised as a Catholic and accompanied her father into exile along with Henry Waldegrave who died the following year.
