Henriëtte d'Oultremont was one of five children of Count Ferdinand L.F.M. d'Oultremont de Wégimont of the House of Oultremont in Liège and his wife Johanna Susanna Hartsinck, [1] daughter of Admiral Andries Hartsinck. she was related to Charles John d'Oultremont.
