Henry Edward Cubitt, 2nd Baron Ashcombe CB TD (14 March 1867 – 27 October 1947), was a British politician and peer, the son of George Cubitt, 1st Baron Ashcombe, and his wife Laura Joyce. He is also the great-grandfather of Queen Camilla.

Henry was a Justice of the Peace (JP), and Conservative Member of Parliament for Reigate from 1892 to 1906. He was so popular with his constituents that he was not opposed in the elections of 1895 and 1900, but, when he eventually stood down, his optimistic successor was defeated by the Liberals.
