Alethea Talbot. Henry Frederick Howard, 15th Earl of Arundel PC (Ire) (15 August 1608 – 17 April 1652), styled Lord Maltravers until 1640, and Baron Mowbray from 1640 until 1652, was an English nobleman, chiefly remembered for his role in the development of the rule against perpetuities .

Henry Miles Fitzalan-Howard, Earl of Arundel (born 3 December 1987); he is heir apparent to his father's titles. Lord Arundel succeeded to the Dukedom of Norfolk in 2002, and Lady Arundel then became the Duchess of Norfolk. As duchess, she stood in for Queen Elizabeth II in rehearsals for the State Opening of Parliament .
He was the son of John Fitzalan III and Isabella Mortimer, daughter of Roger Mortimer, 1st Baron Wigmore and Maud de Braose. His paternal grandparents were John Fitzalan II [4] and Maud le Botiller. Richard was feudal Lord of Clun and Oswestry in the Welsh Marches. In 1289 he was created Earl of Arundel. [5]
