Henry Herbert, 2nd Earl of Pembroke, KG, KB (c. 1538 – 19 January 1601) was an English peer and politician. He was the nephew of Catherine Parr and brother-in-law of Lady Jane Grey through his first wife.

Henry Herbert, segundo conde de Pembroke KG (después de 1538 - 19 de enero de 1601) fue un noble galés, par y político de la era isabelina. Era hijo de William Herbert, primer conde de Pembroke y Anne Parr. Su tía era la reina consorte Catalina Parr, última esposa del rey Enrique VIII.
Herbert was probably the richest and most powerful man in late sixteenth-century Wales. He was a courtier, and his dress and pose reflect his aristocratic status. He was appointed Lord President of the Council of Wales in 1586.
