George Lascelles, VII conte di Harewood (7 febbraio 1923-11 luglio 2011); Lord Gerald David Lascelles (21 agosto 1924-27 febbraio 1998). He was the son of Henry Ulick Lascelles, 5th Earl of Harewood and Lady Florence Katharine Bridgeman. He was styled as Viscount Lascelles on 9 September 1882. He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Grenadier Guards and fought in the First World War, commanding the 3rd Battalion from Sep 1918.
Henry George Charles Lascelles, 6th Earl of Harewood, was born 9 September 1882 to Henry Ulick Lascelles, 5th Earl of Harewood (1846-1929) and Florence Katherine Bridgeman (1859-1943) and died 24 May 1947 (Harewood House, Yorkshire, Kingdom of England) of unspecified causes. He married Mary Alexandra Victoria, Princess Royal (1897-1965) 28 February 1922 .
Henry George Charles Lascelles, 6th Earl of Harewood (1882–1947), married Princess Mary, the only daughter of King George V and Queen Mary, and aunt of British monarch, Queen Elizabeth II and had issue. Lady Margaret Selina Lascelles (1883–1978), married Gustavus Hamilton-Russell, 9th Viscount Boyne and had issue.

The Lascelles family still owned lucrative landholdings in Barbados as well as the magnificent Palladian mansion Harewood House in Yorkshire with its interiors by Robert Adam, furniture made by Thomas Chippendale and grounds landscaped by Lancelot ‘Capability’ Brown.
