ABOUT US. International Making Cities Livable (IMCL) was founded in 1985 by the late Dr. Henry L. Lennard, a Viennese medical sociologist, and the late Dr Suzanne C. Lennard, an English architectural scholar. The Lennards were passionate about sharing the best evidence-based lessons of great cities and towns to improve the quality of life for all.

Henry Lennard, 12th Baron Dacre (Born Chevening, Kent 25 March 1570 – 8 August 1616) was an English baron and politician. He was the son of Margaret Fiennes, 11th Baroness Dacre and Sampson Lennard . He was Member of Parliament for West Looe in 1597–1598. [2] He successfully claimed the barony of Dacre on his mother's 1612.

Henry "12th Lord Dacre" Lennard was born on March 25, 1570 in England , the son of Sampson Lennard and Margaret Fiennes, 11th Baroness Dacre. He was the brother of Thomas Lennard. Henry was a politician. He was the Member of Parliament for West Looe 1597–1598 and Baron Dacre.
