Henry Waldegrave, 1st Baron Waldegrave (1661 – 24 January 1689) was a British peer and Jacobite supporter. The son of Sir Charles Waldegrave, 3rd Baronet , Waldegrave inherited his father's title in c.1684.
Waldegrave was created a peer as Baron Radstock, of Castletown in the Queen's County in the Peerage of Ireland in 1800 on the completion of his term as Governor of Newfoundland. [3] In 1802, upon his retirement from the Navy, Waldegrave was promoted to full admiral. [1] In 1815 he was appointed a Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the Bath (GCB).
She was the older sister of the celebrated James FitzJames, 1st Duke of Berwick. She was brought up a Roman Catholic and married into a family of the same religion. On 29 November 1683, she married Henry Waldegrave, 1st Baron Waldegrave, and by him had two children: Arabella Waldegrave; James Waldegrave, 1st Earl Waldegrave. Later life

James Waldegrave, 1st Earl Waldegrave (1684–1741), who married Mary Webb, daughter of Sir John Webb, 3rd Baronet, in 1714. Hon. Arabella Waldegrave (1687–1740), who became a nun. Hon. Henry Waldegrave (1688–c. 1726) Lord Waldegrave died on 24 January 1689. After his death, his widow married Piers Butler, 3rd Viscount Galmoye.
