Henry Williams (n. 11 de febrero de 1792 Gosport, Inglaterra – m. Pakaraka, Nueva Zelanda, 16 de julio de 1867) fue el líder de la misión de la Church Missionary Society (CMS) en Aotearoa ( Nueva Zelanda) durante la primera mitad del siglo XIX. Henry Williams (11 February 1792 – 16 July 1867) was the leader of the Church Missionary Society (CMS) mission in New Zealand in the first half of the 19th century. Williams entered the Royal Navy at the age of fourteen and served in the Napoleonic Wars .

Henry was amongst those listed as ‘slightly wounded’, an injury that was to trouble him in later years. In May, 1812 he transferred to HMS Racehorse (Captain James de Rippe) [7] and on his return to England sat his examination for Lieutenant, and on 3 November, 1813, Henry Williams of Racehorse was formally listed as having passed.[8]
