  1. Hermann Friedrich Otto (born 30 July 1751 in Lockenhaus (Léka), Vas County, Kingdom of Hungary; died 2 November 1810 in Hechingen) was the ruling Prince of Hohenzollern-Hechingen from 1798 until 1810.

  2. Hermann was the eldest son of Prince Ferdinand of Solms-Lich-Hohensolms (1806-1876) and his wife Caroline, Countess of Collalto and San Salvatore (1818-1855). As a Hessian nobleman, Hermann of Solms-Lich-Hohensolms was a member of the first chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse from 1872 to 1874 and from 1880 until his death in 1899.

  3. He succeeded to the title of Prince of Hohenlohe-Langenburg ( Fürst zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg) on 21 April 1860, when his elder brother signed over his rights to the throne. He died on 9 March 1913 in Langenburg, Kingdom of Württemberg, German Empire (present-day Baden-Württemberg, Germany ).
