Elisa de Hohenlohe-Langenburg (en alemán: Elise zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg; Langenburg, 4 de septiembre de 1864- Gera, 18 de marzo de 1929) fue una princesa de Reuss (línea menor) como esposa del príncipe Enrique XXVII.
