The Welfenmausoleum in the Berggarten of Hannover, opposite the Herrenhausen Palace, used to be open in the past.
Hace 1 día · One of Hanover's sights is the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen. Its Great Garden is an important European Baroque garden. The palace itself was largely destroyed by Allied bombing but has been reconstructed and reopened in 2013. Among the points of interest is the Grotto. Its interior was designed by French artist Niki de Saint Phalle).
2 de may. de 2024 · Palace of Herrenhausen. The summer residence of the Royal House of Hannover was unfortunately destroyed in World War II. On 18 January 2013 the rebuilt palace on the original site after original plans was finally reopened. The building has a neoclassical façade.
