I was advised by NHS 111 to take my daughter to Queen Mary’s Urgent care centre as she had vomited several times and had developed red rashes on her face cheeks. Didn’t expect that we would have to wait for more than 3 hours which was painful as my daughter kept vomiting even ...

The staff were extremely polite and the specialist nurse that have seen me, gave me all the reassurance and information I needed.
