  1. 24 de abr. de 2024 · Hugh Percy remained in the British Army but did not see action in the field. On June 6, 1786, he succeeded his father as the Duke of Northumberland. He remained involved in politics but opposed William Pitt the Younger. Percy died on July 10, 1817. He was 74 years old.
