He bequeathed his fortune to Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria (assassinated in 1914) on the condition that he used the title Archduke of Austria-Este.

2 de may. de 2024 · In the Imperial Crypt, underneath the Church of the Capuchins in Vienna, over 140 members of the Habsburg dynasty are buried. The most recent burial in the crypt was in 2011 for Otto von Habsburg, the last crown prince of Austria-Hungary and eldest son of the last Austrian Emperor, the Blessed Charles of Austria.
