Briefly, rice plant (2 g), roots (1 g), stems (2 g), leaves (2 g), and grains (5 g) were accurately weighed into a 50 mL PTFE centrifuge tube containing 5 mL of ultrapure water and 15 mL ACN, shaken for 1 min, and left for 1 h.
