Irvine Stephens Bulloch (June 25, 1842 – July 14, 1898) was an officer in the Confederate Navy and the youngest officer on the famed warship CSS Alabama. He fired its last shot before it was sunk off the coast of France at the end of the American Civil War.

James Dunwody Bulloch, a ship captain at the outbreak of the war, and Irvine S. Bulloch, a college student, joined the Confederate navy. Irvine began as a midshipman and would serve on several ships during the war, including the Confederacy’s most feared commerce raiders CSS Alabama and CSS Shenandoah.
