The duchess also secured a further reversionary lease of 99 years, running from the death of Catherine of Braganza (1705).

They had one daughter, Isabella FitzRoy, Duchess of Grafton (c.1668-1723). Lady Arlington's sister Emilia, another noted beauty, married Thomas Butler, 6th Earl of Ossory.
