Jaclyn Katrina Demis Sawicki (born November 14, 1992) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Western United in the A-League Women, which she captains. Born and raised in Canada to a Polish father and a Filipina mother, she plays for the Philippines women's national team.

She won the historic AFF Women's Championship with the Philippine Women's National Football Team last year and now, she's the captain of Western United in Australia's A-League. The midfielder is also well on her way to appear with the Filipinas in the FIFA World Cup this July.
