Jacob Heinrich von Flemming, ab 1700 Jacob Heinrich Graf von Flemming, normiert Jakob Heinrich Graf von Flemming, (* 3. März 1667 in Hoff, Hinterpommern; † 30. April 1728 in Wien) war der einflussreichste Minister Augusts des Starken und dessen Armeechef. Er prägte für fast zwei Jahrzehnte die sächsisch-polnische Politik.

Jakob Heinrich von Flemming (3 March 1667 – 30 April 1728) was a Saxon count, military officer and politician. [1] [2] He was born in Hoff, Prussian Province of Pomerania to a noble family. He completed his law studies in 1688, after which he entered service with Brandenburg.
