James Fitz-James Stuart, duque de Berwick, de Fitz-James y de Liria y Jérica (Moulins, Francia; 21 de agosto de 1670-Philippsburg, Wurtemberg; 12 de junio de 1734) fue un militar anglo-francés, hijo ilegítimo del rey Jacobo II de Inglaterra e Irlanda y VII de Escocia y de Arabella Churchill, hermana del duque de Marlborough.
