James Tamou (born 13 December 1988) is a former professional rugby league footballer who played as a prop and represented Australia and the New Zealand Maori at an international level. Tamou spent most of his career with the North Queensland Cowboys and was a member of their 2015 NRL Grand Final winning side.

23 de jul. de 2022 · James Tamou. Tamou made the move back to Sydney in 2017 to captain the Penrith Panthers, guiding them to the 2020 Grand Final after missing the Finals in the previous season. He then joined Wests Tigers in 2021 and has assumed a leadership role for the talented crop of juniors rising through the club’s ranks.
