Jane Spencer, Baroness Churchill VA (née Conyngham; 1 June 1826 – 24 December 1900) was an English aristocrat and companion of Queen Victoria. From 1854 to her death, Churchill served as a Lady of the Bedchamber to Victoria; this made her the longest serving member of the queen's personal household.
Jane Spencer-Churchill, Duchess of Marlborough (29 March 1798 – 12 October 1844), formerly Lady Jane Stewart, was the first wife of George Spencer-Churchill, 6th Duke of Marlborough.
