Joseph William Daniels (born August 4, 1970) is an American rock drummer best known as the original drummer for Local H, from 1987 until July 1999.
Local H is an American rock band originally formed by guitarist and vocalist Scott Lucas, bassist Joe Pletcher, drummer Joe Daniels, and lead guitarist John Sparkman in Zion, Illinois in 1990. The members all met in high school in 1987 and founded Local H three years later.

Joe Daniels (9 March 1909 – 2 July 1993), was a British Dixieland drummer and performer, whose career began in the early 1920s. Among his more popular numbers was "Experiments with Mice".
