Johann Friedrich Struensee (født 5. august 1737 i Halle i Kongeriget Preussen, død 28. april 1772 i København) var en preussisk læge og politiker. As a doctor, Struensee successfully fought the spread of epidemics by improving hygiene – for example, a separate bed for each orphan – and introduced smallpox vaccination.
