Johannes Hoffmann (3 de julio de 1867 - 15 de diciembre de 1930) fue un político alemán, miembro del Partido Socialdemócrata. Se desempeñó como Ministro presidente de Baviera desde 1919 hasta 1920. Biografía. Nacido en Ilbesheim, sus padres fueron Peter Hoffmann y su esposa Maria Eva, nacida Keller.
Johannes (eigentlich Johann Viktor [1]) Hoffmann (* 23. Dezember 1890 in Landsweiler-Reden im Landkreis Ottweiler; † 21. September 1967 in Völklingen, im Volksmund „Joho“ genannt) war ein saarländischer Politiker ( CVP ). Er war von 1947 bis 1955 der erste Ministerpräsident des damals autonomen, unter französischem Einfluss stehenden Saarlandes .

Johannes Hoffmann ist ein deutscher Politiker und der erste Ministerpräsident des Saarlandes (1947-1955). Er gründet im Saargebiet nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg die Christliche Volkspartei (CVP) und wird deren Landesvorsitzender.
