John of Brandenburg-Küstrin (German: Johann von Brandenburg-Küstrin, or Hans von Küstrin; 3 August 1513 – 13 January 1571), was a member of the House of Hohenzollern and a Margrave of Brandenburg-Küstrin.

John Sigismund (1572 – 1619) Elector of Brandenburg, Duke of Cleves, Count of Mark, Count of Ravensburg from 1614 and Duke of Prussia from 1618. Married Anna of Prussia and Jülich-Cleves-Berg (1576 – 1625) daughter of Albert Frederick, Duke of Prussia.

Elector of Brandenburg and Duke of Prussia. John Sigismund was born in Halle an der Saale to Joachim III Frederick, Elector of Brandenburg, and his first wife Catherine of Brandenburg-Küstrin. He succeeded his father as Margrave of Brandenburg in 1608.
