Ursula of Brandenburg. Ursula, Margravine of Brandenburg (17 October 1488 – 18 September 1510) was a German noblewoman. [1] She was born in Berlin, the daughter of John Cicero, Elector of Brandenburg, and Margarethe of Saxony . At age 19, on 16 February 1507 she married Duke Henry V of Mecklenburg-Schwerin (1479–1552). [2]

John Cicero, Elector of Brandenburg (2 August 1455 – 9 January 1499). Margaret died 24 October 1457 and in 1458 Albrecht married Anna , daughter of Frederick II, Elector of Saxony and Margarete of Austria.
In 1473, Anna agreed to a new House law, which made Mark Brandenburg indivisible but allowed the Franconian possessions to be shared among several sons. This meant that John Cicero, Albert Achilles's son from his first marriage, would become Elector of Brandenburg, but Anna's two sons would inherit the Frankish possessions.

Sadly, Margaret died on October 24, 1457, leaving Albrecht with their six children. However, in 1458, Albrecht married Anna of Saxony, daughter of Frederick II, Elector of Saxony, and Margarete of Austria.
