Biography. Julia Stegner was born and raised in Munich, Germany. She was discovered by Louisa von Minckwitz, founder of Louisa Models, while celebrating Oktoberfest in her hometown. Julia’s big break came in 2003, when she opened the Yves Saint Laurent show.
