Kaarlo Juho Ståhlberg (Finland Swedish: [ˈstoːlbærj], Finnish: [ˈstoːlbæri]; 28 January 1865 – 22 September 1952) was a Finnish jurist and academic who was one of the most important pioneers of republicanism in the country. He was the first president of Finland (1919–1925) and a liberal nationalist.

Kaarlo Juho (K. J.) Ståhlberg (ristimänimeltään Carl Johan, 28. tammikuuta 1865 Suomussalmi – 22. syyskuuta 1952 Helsinki) oli suomalainen oikeustieteilijä ja poliitikko sekä Suomen tasavallan ensimmäinen presidentti (1919–1925).
Kaarlo Juho Ståhlberg passed away in 1952 at the age of 87. He is buried alongside Hedvig and Ester in Hietaniemi Cemetery in Helsinki. The memorial to Ståhlberg was designed by sculptor Wäinö Aaltonen and unveiled in 1959 in front of Parliament House.
