Kristina Gyllenstierna ( 1494 – 2. tammikuuta 1559) oli Sten Sture nuoremman puoliso, ja puolusti tämän kuoltua Tukholmaa Kristian II:ta vastaan. Kun Sten Sture kuoli vuonna 1520, Gyllenstierna johti kansallista puoluetta. Tukholma joutui kuitenkin antautumaan vielä samana vuonna Tanskalle.

Af Ukendt /Nationalmuseum. Kristina Gyllenstierna var en svensk adelsdame. Hun blev i 1511 gift med rigsforstanderen Sten Sture den yngre og anførte efter hans død i 1520 Sturepartiets kamp mod Christian 2. Samme år blev hun fængslet i forbindelse med Det Stockholmske Blodbad og var 1521-1524 fange i Danmark.
Kristina Nilsdotter Gyllenstierna ingick i det svenska högfrälset och hon var en betydande politisk kraft på sin tid. För eftervärlden har hon framför allt blivit känd som Stockholms försvarare i samband med unionskungen Kristian II:s försök att inta staden 1520. Kristina Nilsdotter Gyllenstierna föddes troligtvis år 1494.
