Hace 3 días · This kind of record was also a big influence on one of my all-time heroes Laura Nyro and she celebrated that on an incredible album called Gonna Take A Miracle. There’s a bunch of Pearlfishers songs that mine that orch-soul sway, among them ‘We’ll Get By’ from The Young Picnickers and ‘You Can Take Me There’ from Love & Other Hopeless Things .
