After the aircraft was stabilized using 32 inches of MP and 2500 RPM (keeping in mind TIT temp limits) mixture leaned ROP I seemed to be getting way better performance than what is advertised, I am getting around 308 KTAS which seems 58 knots higher than the max and significantly higher than normal.
